Services and Prices:

1. Land Clearing:

• $300.00 per hour per machine.  3 Hour minimum required for either machine or both.

2. Tree Clearing:

• – Small trees (up to 12 inches in diameter): $150 – $500 per tree
• – Medium trees (12 to 24 inches in diameter): $500 – $1,500 per tree
• – Large trees (24 to 36 inches in diameter): $1,500 – $3,000 per tree
• – Extra-large trees (over 36 inches in diameter): $3,000 and up per tree

3. Forestry Mulching:

• – Standard pricing: $250.00 per hour (minimum requirement of 3 hours)
• – Densely overgrown areas: $300.00 per hour, per machine utilized.

4. Pond Construction:

• $13,000.00 base price for .5 +/- acre.

5. Herbicide Undergrowth Spraying Treatment

• Tier 1 (Up to 1 acre): $49.99 per month plus taxes, with a day-of service fee of $69.99
• Tier 2 (1 to 5 acres): $89.99 per month plus taxes, with a day-of service fee of $69.99
• Tier 3 (5 to 10 acres): $149.99 per month plus taxes, with a day-of service fee of $69.99

The subscription program requires a 3-month commitment agreement. If the 3-month commitment is not completed by the date of service, customers will be charged the subscription fee at a rate of:

• Tier 1 after $49.99 for the first gallon and standard gallon pricing for following gallons
• Tier 2 after 2 gallons and standard gallon pricing for following gallons
• Tier 3 after 3 gallons and standard gallon pricing for following gallons.

This pricing structure is designed to provide cost-effective solutions for landowners of various property sizes, with the subscription model offering savings compared to per gallon pricing of $49.99.
